NC-507 Raleigh/Wake Continuum of Care Written Standards

The NC-507 Raleigh/Wake Continuum of Care Written Standards outline the requirements and expectations of all CoC funded programs serving individuals and families engaged in the homeless service system. These standards ensure continuity of service delivery and shared philosophy.

The Written Standards Work Group, responsible for the creation of this draft, is comprised of agency representatives from across the Continuum of Care who volunteered during the Homeless Service System monthly meeting.  Over the course of 3 months, the Work Group convened on 6 separate occasions for 2 hours each time. The group reviewed the existing  Partnership Written Standards, along with a range of standards from other Continuums of Care, both in North Carolina and across the country.
